  • The Building of a Step-Up-Transformer/Bifilar Choke for the Restar Module

This attaches to the Restar Module to produce 1,200 volts for resonating water. In the below video I show the schematic & the building of the Step-Up-Transformer/Bifilar Choke that JackB, Tadpole & Me were working on in a previous forum but due to the forum (www.hydrostarcar.com) disappearing we could not complete our task. So here I am trying to recap where we left off. I can promise that this Forum will not disappear!! And will be for everyone to view. ..............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................From JackB,Rob, The only change that I would recommend is to replace D1 and D2 with two diodes each. I am a little concerned that one diode will not have enough PIV to handle the extra voltage from the bifilar winding, and will get damaged. Thanks for the drawing, now we have something to look at as we talk about it. JackReply from Me (FreeEnergine)Ok, So i'll purchase 4 diodes. I am a little confused with C, E & D for the Bifilar choke. As I wrap the two 40 awg wire that leaves me with four ends but I only see three connections (C,E,D) on the schematic? Do you also have a recommendation for the parts & specs we made need? Thanks for your help once again
